The Royal Aircraft Factory SE5a was an all round fighter that was much admired by those that flew it. And, with the detail that we can incorporate into the print and build, makes the kit a pleasure to display as well as fly.

Making History

James McCudden was one of the most highly decorated airmen in British military history. With his six British medals and one French, McCudden received more awards for gallantry than any other airman of British nationality serving in the First World War. He also amassed 57 aerial victories, placing him seventh on the list of the war's most succesful aces. 

The Microaces rendition of McCudden's SE5a B'4863, brings the history of this iconic British ace pilot to life in 1/24th scale.
