Microaces Percee Debonair Twin Engine Kit

What is Percee?

Based on 1930s twin engine passenger aircraft (the Percival Q6 'Petrel' being a predominant influence), the Percee is the first twin engine kit designed by Microaces. 

The classic 'Golden Age' look of the Percee, with wide fuselage and fixed, faired undercarriage is wildly nostalgic and lends itself to multiple livery options with very different and appealing results.

A Modelling First - Tyvek®

The Percee is also the first kit in the Microaces range to include Tyvek®, a lightweight, malleable material used to skin the Percee fuselage and nacelles. Tyvek®, created by Dupont, has been around since 1955, but this is the first time it has ever been ustilised in manufactured model kits in this way (to our knowledge). 

Percee 'Debonair'

A Civil Airline livery from the 1930s, when travel by aircraft was in the realm of the rich and famous. The Debonair has a sophisticated look reminiscent of the period.

 Up the realism with LED Lights

The NEW Microaces LED Lighting Kit (B) is now available to order in a package with the Debonair Kit. It includes wingtip navigation lights, anti-collision and landing lights PLUS the LED Control Unit. This easy to install enhancement adds another level of wonder to an already eyecatching model.

The Debonair + LED Lighting Kit is also supplied with clear vac formed lenses for all of the LED bulbs, providing a scale look for each light even close up.

Kit Options

The Debonair kit can be purchased as:

Airframe Only - Everything required to build the aircraft airframe minus motors, props & electronics.

Kit  - The Airframe + 2 x HYPER Motor/gearbox, 2 x Aileron Servos, Servo Y Cable, 2 x Motor Extension Cable. All you need is to add the Twin Series Electronics Pack compatible with your transmitter.

Kit + Lights - Everything in the Kit plus the LED Lighting Pack B including wing tip navigation lights, anti-collision light and two landing lights, LED Y cable and LEC Control Unit.

Build Video

As well as a comprehensive Assembly Guide included with the kit, there is a series of Youtube videos that guide you through the build. Created by the Percee kit designer and full of additional tips, tricks and guidance, this playlist will help immeasurably with your Microaces build.
